Placing An Order...

All orders can be placed online, however should you wish to speak to us at all during the ordering process, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We would like our products to reach you in the same condition they left us, so all our deliveries are made via Fastway Couriers.  We have a standard delivery charge of $5.99 incl GST.  As much as we'd like to send to PO Box addresses, it's not in our power to do so, if you could ensure you have a physical address with your order that would be greatly appreciated. 

In most cases your order will be shipped within 1 day of ordering unless stock levels don't allow this, in which case we will let you know, and will ship as soon as stock is on hand, (this will generally mean a couple of days delay).   We have a targeted delivery schedule of 1-4 business days depending on where you are located.

We process credit card orders through Paypal (refer Security & Privacy), however we do also accept direct credit payments.  These can be made straight into our bank account:

Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared, with most banks this is overnight on business days.  If you process an order on the weekend, your payment will go through on Monday night. 

If you wish to make payment some other way, please contact us.

International Orders

We welcome all international visitors, if you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped to a destination outside of New Zealand, please email your orders to us directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and we will quote you a suitable shipping rate.  If you would like your orders shipped to a destination in New Zealand, you can process your order through our site, however when you reach the Paypal screen, click the pay by credit card option, the NZ shipping address will automatically show up as your billing details, you'll need to leave that NZ address there in order for the payment to go through, just pop in your credit card details.  We'll see your billing details come through with the order from our site, however Paypal will only process the payment if the billing details on their screen are a NZ address.  Please contact us if you encounter any challenges with this. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds... 

We will endeavour to have your goods arrive safe and sound and well packaged, however we ask you to please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, or they are delayed on their journey beyond our control.  If you do happen to receive the wrong or faulty kit, or you have any concerns about it's delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do our upmost to remedy this for you. 

Security & Privacy

Our website uses the Paypals standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode sensitive information like your credit card number while it passes through the internet. Your name and details will be kept private in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. Nobody else will have access to your private details and we do not sell nor distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Telephone numbers and email addresses allow us, if required, to contact you about your order.
